    Title: Networks Scenario based Performance Analysis of Routing Protocols for Mobile Ad Hoc
    Authors: Narendra Kumar Agrawal and Vishal Shrivastava
    Abstract: Fingerprinting is a concept analogous to human fingerprints. The fingerprint systems aim to cluster unique information. In this paper, the use of color information has been proposed which acts as the image fingerprint. The color histograms have been generated and statistical mean is calculated for each bin of histogram. These features together form color descriptor for the image hence provide description about image statistics. In the next part of the paper, Euclidean distance is used as a metric for proving the extracted descriptor as a fingerprint of the image. The method is useful for proving trustworthiness when a raw image is sent on the communication channel.

    Title: Multi band Slotted Microstrip Patch Antenna

    Abstract: In this rapid changing world in wireless communication systems, multiband antenna has been playing a very important role for wireless service requirements. Wireless local area network (WLAN) and Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access (WiMAX) have been widely applied in mobile devices such as handheld computers and intelligent phones. These two techniques have been widely considered as a cost-effective, viable, and high-speed data connectivity solution, enabling user mobility. This paper presents a compact multiband multilayer slot microstrip patch antenna for WLAN applications. The antenna size is very compact and can be used for AMPS, GSM and WLAN applications. The antenna is fed from a single 50 O coaxial cable. Using IE3D software package of Zeland, according to the set size, the antenna is simulated. The composite effect of integrating these techniques and by introducing the novel slotted patch offers a low profile, wide bandwidth, high gain and compact antenna element. The computer simulation results show that the antenna can realize wide band characters with each band having good impedance bandwidth (VSWR = 2).

    Title: Fingerprint Feature Extraction Using Morphological Image Processing

    Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to study and develop the method in which fingerprint features will extracted by using morphological image processing where the concept of structure element is used. This belongs to the basic concept of morphological image processing. Generally fingerprints are used for biometric identification of any human being. It is the most widely used way of biometric recognition and identification. Fingerprints are an impression of finger on any object that we or anybody have touched it once or many times. According to the concepts and definitions given for morphological image processing by the scientists it is the concept in which set theory and random functions are used for analysis of geometrical structures. It can be applied to any kind of images. Here we have used some functions and concept of structure elements which are also belongs to the concept of morphological image processing.
