    Title: Enhancing Retrieval Accuracy using Voting Annotation Technique via “K-Means Algorithm

    Abstract: It is an important issue that how to retrieve the images accurately on the world-wide web. This paper presents an advanced framework for web image retrieval search engine which relay not only on ontology to discover the semantic relationship between different keywords inside the web page but also propose a new voting annotation technique extract the shared semantically related keywords from different web pages to eliminate and solve the problem of subjectivity of image annotation of traditional approaches and enhance the performance of the retrieval results by taking the semantic of the correlated data into consideration. The proposed approach is not used only to enhance the retrieval accuracy of web images; but also able to annotated the unlabeled images and try to narrow the semantic gap problem and enhance the retrieval by fusing two basic modalities of web images.

    Title: Cluster Computing with InfiniBand Network

    Abstract:Despite offering one tenth of the bandwidth, high port count Gigabit Ethernet layer 3 switches are actually more expensive than the equivalent Infiniband 10 Gb/sec switches. Thus from a price/performance perspective, InfiniBand offers significant advantages over Ethernet. Thus to fulfill the need of more computing power, the need is to pay attention on InfiniBand Clustering. This paper comprises architecture of cluster computing followed by InfiniBand Architecture (IBA) among enterprise data center and clustered computing environments as a cost-competitive, high-performance interconnect solution between servers, server farms, and switches. It also includes the different components of InfiniBand fabric and their uses. Network architecture with InfiniBand fabric depicting the working both with conventional switches as a pure server interconnect, and with multifabric server switches to combine the server interconnect function with Ethernet and fibre channel gateways, is also being discussed.

    Abstract:Combining small sensors in large numbers provides new technological platform called Wireless sensors network. The field of wireless sensor network offers a rich, multi-disciplinary area of research in which a variety of tools and concepts can be employ to address a varied set of applications. Wireless sensor network has its own design and resource constraints. Resource constraints include a limited amount of energy, short communication range, limited processing and storage in each node large number of sensor nodes that combine physical sensing capabilities with networking and computation capabilities. In WSN applications range from environmental control, health care to military environment. In this paper applications of wireless sensor network and various tools available for research in WSN are discussed.

    Title: Microcontroller and GSM Based Monitoring System: A Survey

    Abstract:Developments in display and information sharing technologies may enable a new form of interaction with digital media: ‘ubiquitous computing’. In ubiquitous computing, the physical location of data and processing power is not apparent to the user. Rather, information is made available to the user in transparent and contextually relevant manners. This paper is the study of the wireless communication between a mobile phone and a microcontroller by using Short Message Service. SMS is a success all over the world. All GSM mobile phones support it. Not only that exchange SMS messages with mobile users of the same wireless carrier, but can also exchange SMS messages with mobile users of many other wireless carriers worldwide. The concepts and practical issues relating to the GSM based display system and their various strategies are given, without going into technical details.

This paper aims at processing real time images captured by a webcam for color recognition technique for motion detection using MATLAB. The result of this paper can be used in many applications like video games, power point presentation and many more.
